Kerry publican with 30 volunteer drivers says new hackney laws ‘will not work’ for rural pubs

Publican Seán O’Mahony said the National Transport Authority’s (NTA) new rules allowing up to five locally licensed drivers to share a hackney service do not go far enough in terms of helping rural pubs to attract customers.
