Kerry boy to chop off his long golden locks to help children in Africa – ‘I have never had a short haircut’

11-year old Ethan Sean Williams has been growing his hair for most of his life and is known for his trademark long curly hair but now he is bravely chopping off his locks to raise funds, not only for children in Africa, but also to help children with cancer.
