Justice Minister Naomi Long slams DUP and and UUP for delaying rise in criminal age from 10 to 14

Justice Minister Naomi Long has criticised the DUP and UUP leader Jon Burrows after a vote on raising the minimum age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 14 was delayed after a petition of concern was tabled.
