Judge said Maghera motorist who used a vehicle in a dangerous condition should 'simply not be on the road'

A south Derry motorist said by a district judge to have a “very poor record for this type of offending”, was handed a six-month driving disqualification at Magherafelt Magistrates Court for using a vehicle in a dangerous condition.
