Judge not convinced by care worker’s account of ‘trivial’ impact between vehicles in car park

A judge has told a Dublin woman he was not convinced she was telling the full story relating to a personal injury claim she brought regarding a “trivial” impact between two vehicles in a shopping centre car park.
