Judge finds ‘series of significant and serious errors’ in investigation by Central Bank

The High Court has struck down a Central Bank sanction blocking an investment fund manager from working in regulated financial services after a judge found there were “a series of significant and serious errors” in the bank’s investigation of the manager.
