Jarlath Regan is a comedian, podcaster and author from Co Kildare. After moving to London to forge a career in stand-up, he started the An Irishman Abroad podcast series. He recently published his first book, The Gobshite Guidebook: A Survival Manual. He now lives back in Ireland with his wife Tina and their son.
