Isis terrorist refused to cooperate with psychologist on risk assessment, court hears

Barristers for Abdullah Khan (24) told the Special Criminal Court on Monday that the defendant has agreed to undergo a full assessment by a prison psychologist before the court finalises sentencing in the case.
