Irish League club chairman stepping back due to 'recent deterioration in my health'

Dr Stephen Best has confirmed he is stepping back from his role as Glenavon chairman due to “a recent deterioration in my health” – with the Lurgan Blues appointing their long-serving club stalwart as Honorary Chair in recognition of his “service and commitment”.
