Irish firm owned by US hedge fund giant wins £18m UK tax battle over Lehmans

The UK tax authority has failed in an appeal to reverse a decision that deemed an Irish firm owned by Davidson Kempner exempt from paying £18m (€21m) of tax in the UK.
