IRA graffiti on Orange hall in largely-Catholic village 'an attack on Protestant community' - and mimics similar Twelfth attack last year

The daubing of the words “IRA” and “Up the Ra” on an Orange hall after the Twelfth celebrations has been described as an attack on the area’s Protestants – and it mimics near-identical vandlism at the same time last year.
