Innovative pre-op assessment at Ulster Hospital praised for reducing cancellations

Former Health Minister Mike Nesbitt has praised innovative pre-operative assessment services at the Ulster Hospital which are helping to reduce surgical cancellations and make better use of theatre capacity.
