ICG's shares jump on €1.2 billion management-led buyout

Irish Continental Group's shares surged over 26% today, after the Dublin-listed Irish Ferries owner on Friday agreed to a €1.2 billion management-led buyout almost two decades after its CEO's previous failed takeover attempt.
