‘I was a child at his mercy’ – former student’s allegations against Wexford teacher who is now principal in Dublin

A Tusla report involving “founded” allegations of emotional and physical abuse carried out by a man who is currently the principal of a special needs school in Dublin has been brought to light by a former student.
