‘I saw children dying right in front of me’ – Dublin-born doctor a finalist in European Inventor Awards for malaria vaccine

A Dublin-born doctor who is part of a team which developed a malaria vaccine that achieved around 75–80pc protection in trials has been selected as a finalist in the European Inventor Awards.
