‘I never saw a case to go on so long’– Ongoing row over pension further delays 12-year long Swan Fruits wind-up, says liquidator

The 12-year long liquidation of wholesaler Swan Fruits has been further delayed because of the failure of Irish Life to engage with the liquidator over a pension fund, the liquidator of the Carlow wholesaler has claimed in a new filing to the Companies Registration Office.
