HSE apologise for death of baby at Limerick hospital four hours after his birth

Baby Pádraig O’Brien O’Donnell from Newcastlewest, Limerick, the High Court heard died four hours after his birth at University Maternity Hospital, Limerick on June 18th, 2022.
