Healthy demand underpins growth in headline rent levels for Dublin offices
Dublin’s office market saw a healthy start to the year when take-up of space totalled 396,095 sqft across 45 transactions during the first three months, according to preliminary research from agents JLL. Take-up equates to 39.5pc above first-quarter averages for the last five years. Furthermore, the number of office occupier deals is 33pc more than first-quarter averages over the same period.
