Great British Bake Off contestant cycling Ireland for lymphoma charity set to finish challenge in Castlerock

A former Great British Bake Off contestant is cycling from Cork to Castlerock to raise money for a cancer charity after two of her friends were diagnosed with lymphoma in the space of three years.
