General manager of Regency Hotel, who witnessed infamous Dublin shooting, dies aged 74

He was in his office just behind the reception desk of the Regency Hotel in Whitehall at 12.50pm in 2016 when three men, one dressed as a woman, and the others in fake garda uniforms barrelled through the door.
