Garda wins right to remain in Sligo/Leitrim Roads Policing Unit and is awarded €8,500

A garda attached to the Sligo/Leitrim Roads Policing Unit brought a case to the Labour Court and won in relation to a decision to revert him to regular policing with An Garda Síochána after eleven years working in roads policing.
