Gangs stockpiling drone-delivered drugs, phones, and weapons in overcrowded jails, conference hears

There is so much contraband getting into Irish jails that prisoners are brazenly stockpiling drugs, phones, and weapons everywhere and anywhere they can for future sale and use, the Prison Officers’ Association (POA) annual conference has heard.
