Galway man walking 4,500km across America eight years after being given 5% chance of walking again

Since the accident, he still has little feeling in his legs – but he has constant nerve pain, which is worse when he’s lying down. So he keeps moving, metaphorically and literally. And his coast-to-coast walk is his latest challenge.
