Freshwater pearl remains thorn in side of Enniscorthy Flood relief scheme – ‘We hit a brick wall’

During a joint committee meeting on Climate, Environment, and Energy in the Oireachtas, it became clear that the freshwater pearl in the River Slaney is still preventing progress on the long-awaited Enniscorthy Flood Relief Scheme.
