'Frenzied rampage' led to fatal stabbing of Qayyum Balogun in Dublin, court hears

A 25-year-old man charged with violent disorder connected to the attack on Balogun and assaults on two other people at around 3 am on Monday was granted €2,000 bail with conditions by Judge Peter White at Dublin District Court.
