Formal complaint over ‘foul’ sewage odours on southside sent to EPA

A councillor said that for many years, residents living in Ballinure, Mahon, Blackrock, Jacobs Island, Beaumont, and Ballinlough have “endured recurring foul sewage odours believed to originate from this wastewater infrastructure”.
