‘Foolish’ to put plastic bags over her shoes – SNA loses fall claim and must pay school's €30,000 legal costs

A court has rejected a claim by a special needs assistant that she had fallen and broken her wrist because she had been directed by a teacher to wear plastic bin liners over her shoes while crossing a mucky patch in the school grounds.
