Fine Gael senator says fuel protesters ‘are the essence of squeezed middle’ and Government must ‘reflect deeply’

A Wexford Fine Gael senator appeared to express some frustration with how the government have handled the fuel protests, saying people who he spoke to “feel penalised by income tax levels”.
