‘Fantastic’ news as Kerry town centres stand to benefit from ‘above the shop’ refurbishment grant

Kerry councillors have welcomed a new grant to refurbish vacant flats above shops, in what they hope might yet prove a turning point in efforts to revitalise town centres.
