Esmond Birnie: Secretary of State wrong about Windsor Framework gains to Northern Ireland economy

​I almost feel I need to apologise for returning so soon to the subject of the economic impact of the Windsor Framework but feel forced to do so given the mirage of optimism and confusing statistics employed by the secretary of state in his article in the News Letter, ‘There’s a phenomenal air of economic possibility in NI - anything is possible’ (August 24).
