The grim photograph showed Barry Moore holding up his t-shirt to display the word ‘RAT’, which had been branded onto his forehead and stomach. It was February 12, 2025 and Mr Moore was still red-raw from the heated branding iron that had been held to his naked skin just minutes earlier.
