Enoch Burke in bid to stop a third disciplinary panel from considering his dismissal

Jailed anti-transgender schoolteacher Enoch Burke has asked the High Court to restrain a disciplinary appeals panel (DAP) from sitting later this week to consider whether Wilson’s Hospital School was correct to sack him.
