Enoch Burke fails in bid to stop disciplinary appeal hearing going ahead tomorrow

The High Court has rejected an application from jailed anti-transgender schoolteacher Enoch Burke for a temporary injunction restraining a disciplinary appeals panel (DAP) hearing from going ahead tomorrow.
