First elected to the then Cork Corporation in 1979, Workers Party president Ted Tynan subsequently served as a councillor from 2009 until his retirement earlier this month. The veteran left-wing campaigner spoke with Donal O’Keeffe about a long career as a voice of social conscience in Cork.
