Eight killed in Russian attacks targeting Ukrainian civilians

Russian attacks yesterday on Ukraine’s south-east killed eight people and injured more than two dozen others, officials said, with Kyiv accusing Moscow of escalating strikes instead of agreeing to an Easter ceasefire.
