Early Years chief executive receives OBE at Windsor Castle

Pauline Walmsley, chief executive of Early Years - the organisation for young children, attended an investiture at Windsor Castle where she was formally appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal.
