Dun Laoghaire RNLI names new coxswain after more than a decade of lifesaving service

Lifeboat volunteer Dave Farrell has been named the new coxswain at Dun Laoghaire RNLI, saying that 'it's a privilege' and 'I'm looking forward to continuing the work we do and helping keep people safe on the water'
