Dublin man 'caught red-handed' over €4.2m cannabis seizure refused bail

Garda McCabe said that Mr Lawlor was arrested on suspicion of engaging in the sale and supply of cannabis after Gardai stopped the van he was driving on the N19 at Smithstown on the outskirts of Shannon on Tuesday, May 26th last.
