Driver awarded €45k after coolant burst from pipe and burned foot shortly following car service

A motorist whose left foot was badly burned when scalding water burst from a coolant pipe into his car just after he had it serviced, has been awarded €45,000 damages against North West Motors, Blanchardstown, Dublin.
