Driver (24) arrested after Christmas party told court she had no intention of driving and was eating pizza with her friends in her parked car

A 24-year-old woman arrested for being drunk in charge of her car has argued she was sitting in out of the cold and was eating a pizza with her friends after a Christmas staff party.
