Drink driver was swerving onto hard shoulder and across lanes at dual-carriageways in Co Antrim during 'heavy rain'

A motorist swerving onto a hard shoulder and across lanes of dual-carriageways when driving conditions were "extremely poor" near Ballymena, was later found to be almost three times the drink drive limit.
