Why do we have too few homes? Start with Camden Yard, an abject failure of joined-up government. Camden Yard is a huge, 3.57-acre stalled building site close to the centre of Dublin. It is minutes walk from St Stephen’s Green on one side and St Patrick’s Cathedral on the other.
