Diageo delivers surprise sales growth on Guinness demand

Diageo has today posted a surprise 0.3% growth in quarterly organic net sales, driven by strong demand for Guinness in Ireland and the UK as well as customers in Latin America and the Caribbean stocking up ahead of the soccer World Cup.
