Dery / Londonderry: Boys aged 9, 12 and 13 detained after masked youths threw stones at vehicles and blocked road with burning pallets

Three boys were detained by police after reports of masked youths throwing stones at passing vehicles and blocking a road in Derry / Londonderry with burning pallets on Sunday evening.
