Daughter accepts Nobel Peace Prize as Maria Corina Machado fails to arrive in Oslo in time for ceremony

Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado has left the country after nearly a year in hiding to travel to Oslo to receive the Nobel Peace Prize, but after days of anticipation, Ms Machado was absent from the ceremony yesterday.
