Cullybackey man accused of spitting in Mater Hospital staff member’s face during sectarian tirade

A Co Antrim man accused of spitting in a staff member’s face during a sectarian tirade at a Belfast hospital appeared to tell a judge on Monday: “I hope you get shot dead.”
