Couche-Tard to buy Poland's Zabka in biggest ever deal

Canadian retailer Alimentation Couche-Tard said it plans to buy Poland's Zabka for about $8.7 billion, marking its largest acquisition and expanding its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
