Cookstown man who had been drinking thought he was safe to drive, court hears

Police who stopped a car in the Morgan’s Hill Road area of Cookstown in the early hours of the morning, detected a strong smell of intoxicating liquor from inside the vehicle, Dungannon Magistrates Court has been told.
