Communities urged to apply to turn vacant and derelict buildings and lands into community assets under transformative scheme

Local communities are being encouraged to apply for a scheme which allows local authorities to acquire and redevelop vacant and derelict buildings or land into community assets with Cllr Thomas Walsh saying it will help, “Ensure our smaller towns and villages are more attractive and sustainable.”
