Co Armagh pals put best foot forward in gruelling charity walk home from Essex, braving heatwave that left one hospitalised

Two lifelong pals have spent the last five weeks putting their best feet forward, trekking from the south-east of England to their old hometown in Co Armagh – raising more than £7,300 for children’s charities in the process.
